CHARACTERISTICS OF THE VILLAS:
An independent and secluded residential complex with 25 villas built in a garden environment. The centrally air-conditioned villas consist of:
A large private fenced garden area with covered garage space for two cars, storage space, patio and independent servant quarters. The villa opens into a spacious hall with adjacent sitting and dining rooms. A spiral staircase, which leads to an open roof with optional studio suite, is available in some villas.

MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom consists of built-in, mirrored cupboards with overhead storage, dressing table and an attractively designed en-suite bathroom with twin basins.
BEDROOM 2 & 3 with built-in wardrobes and family bathroom.

KITCHEN: A well designed, functional kitchen complete with a conservatory and mini dining/breakfast area. The kitchen is well equipped with floor and wall units. There is also a built-in gas and electric hob and oven. The utility room adjacent to the kitchen is for laundry and additional storage.
The management are happy to discuss any additional requirements with you; the fee for these would be adjusted in the rental and lease contract.

THE SURROUNDINGS:
The villas can only be reached through a security-maintained gate. They are in a cul-de-sac, set among maturing gardens. Our own sports complex ,situated in an interesting and creative environment, can be reached by going through the Reception and a sculptured man-made tunnel which leads you directly there! For the fitness fanatics, there are an aerobic/dance exercise room and a gym with up to date equipment and a t.v.; the changing rooms are located nearby. We also have a squash court and multi-purpose tennis court with lighting. For those who want to work out more gently, we have our modern body-toning/care service with the newest technology and equipment from the U.S.A.! For all of our Garden City residents we have special rates!! The pool and sports area has been designed to cater for families as well as allowing individual privacy. Relax by using the different facilities such as the Jacuzzi, steam room or by spending time at the pool, listening to the soothing sounds of the waterfall. Close by, the children can play safely in the fairytale castle or on the swings in their own garden, which also has an aviary! They can have great fun in their own pool with the exciting shark water slide. What about a party around the pool, with its quadraphonic sound system and soft lights? This can be arranged through Reception.
All villas are supplied with a high pressure sweet-water system from Its modern desalination water plant.
